Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone, sign-in provider), your preferences, the requests you submit (dates, party size, routes, special requests), and, only if you allow it, your approximate location to sort nearby places. Membership applications include the profile details you choose to provide.

To review applications, fulfil your requests through our concierge team and partners, notify you about their status, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Our concierge team, and the venues or operators needed to fulfil a request, who receive only what that request requires. Service providers that host or operate our systems process data on our behalf.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Profile, or by emailing us; we then remove your personal data except records we must retain by law.
